About the Role:
We’re seeking an AI Enablement Coach to help our internal teams unlock the potential of artificial intelligence. This is a high-impact role that blends education, strategy, and practical enablement to drive AI adoption across our operations and venture ecosystem.

As an AI Coach, you’ll guide individuals and teams through the learning and application of AI platforms — helping them work smarter, enhance creativity, and improve productivity. From running engaging workshops to offering personalized coaching and designing toolkits, you’ll be the go-to partner for responsible and effective AI adoption across the company.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong familiarity and curiosity with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI platforms, using them to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. A commitment to ongoing learning and experimentation with emerging technologies is essential, ensuring the ability to adapt and innovate as the capabilities of AI continue to evolve rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate & Empower

  • Lead engaging training sessions and workshops focused on generative AI, automation tools, and digital productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.).
  • Translate emerging AI trends and concepts into practical, accessible guidance for cross-functional teams including investing, marketing, product, legal, and operations.
  • Build toolkits, training materials, and job aids to help teammates build skills at their own pace.

Consult & Customize

  • Assess team and individual needs to develop tailored AI enablement strategies.
  • Partner with functional leads to prototype and implement AI-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to co-design and pilot AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support to teams experimenting with AI in real-time business contexts.

Support & Evangelize

  • Serve as the internal AI subject matter expert, staying current on tools, trends, and responsible use practices.
  • Provide on-demand coaching, office hours, documentation, and follow-up to ensure sustained adoption.
  • Evangelize a culture of innovation, experimentation, and ethical AI usage across the firm and our network.

Monitor & Optimize

  • Track adoption, gather feedback, and iterate on training and tooling approaches.
  • Collaborate with data, IT, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-impact usage of AI across the organization.
  • Inform AI-related components of company strategy and operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of learning and development experience in a highly technical role coaching personnel at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI, data science, product management, digital transformation, or innovation consulting.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Notion AI, and related platforms.
  • Strong teaching, facilitation, and communication skills — ideally with experience working with business professionals and technical teams alike.
  • Ability to simplify complex technologies for diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly based on user needs and tech developments.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience coaching technical solutions in business, VC, or educational settings.
  • Background in L&D, design thinking, UX, or organizational change.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RPA, or no-code/low-code AI platforms.
